Vaad Mishmeres Stam is a worldwide organization founded in the US that was run by R' Wosner and now by R' Klein with participation of over 50 rabanim worldwide. 

The new certification program - Tav Tekin - is a program where we take already certified sofrim and have top rabanim, the greatest experts in STAM personaly review a sofer's work and only approving them for this exclusive hechsher if they are on a superbly high level of dikduk haksivah, this amounts to approximately 5% of sofrim being approved!! After this process it comes to the USA to be further checked and approved by the Bais HaStam in-house Bais Horaah led R' Shneebalg, and only then will it be sold in store and online.
